Fundly
Accounts and IBAN

Sending and receiving transfers

How to receive salary and client payments, send euros to any IBAN, set up standing orders, link your card, and export statements from your Fundly account.

Your EUR IBAN account, provided by [PARTNER], is built for everyday money: getting paid, paying others, and funding your card. This page covers each of those tasks.

Receiving money

Anyone in the SEPA area can pay you by transfer. Employers, clients, freelance platforms and marketplaces all work the same way.

  1. Sign in to the Fundly web app at app.fundly.xyz and go to Receive, then Account details.
  2. Copy your IBAN, or select Share as PDF to send a document with your IBAN, BIC and account holder name.
  3. Give these details to whoever is paying you. The account holder name must match the name on your verified identity.
  4. Incoming transfers appear in your balance with a push notification. SEPA Instant arrives in about 10 seconds; standard SEPA arrives on the same or next business day.
Tip
Some payroll systems ask for a "bank name". Use the name of [PARTNER], which is shown in your account details. Do not write "Fundly".

Salary and client payments

There is no special setup for salary. Give your employer the same IBAN. If your employer is outside the SEPA area, they will need to send an international transfer to the IBAN, and their institution will convert to euros. Check the fees on their side first.

Sending money

You can send euros to any IBAN in the SEPA area.

  1. Go to Send, then Bank transfer.
  2. Enter the recipient's IBAN and name. The app checks the IBAN format and, where supported, confirms the name matches the account.
  3. Enter the amount and an optional reference, for example an invoice number.
  4. Review the transfer type. The app uses SEPA Instant when possible and tells you if it will fall back to a standard transfer.
  5. Confirm with your passcode, biometrics or 2FA.
Warning
Transfers cannot be undone once sent. Double check the IBAN, especially the first two letters and the last four digits.

Standing orders

A standing order sends a fixed amount to the same IBAN on a schedule, for example rent on the first of the month.

  1. Go to Send, then Standing orders, then New.
  2. Choose the recipient, amount and frequency (weekly or monthly), plus the start date.
  3. Confirm. You can pause or delete a standing order at any time from the same screen.

If the balance is too low on the scheduled day, the transfer is skipped and you get a notification. It is not retried automatically.

Linking your card to your account

By default, your Fundly card spends from your main balance. If you opened a EUR IBAN account and your account currency is EUR, that is the same balance. If your account currency is USD, you can set the EUR account as the card's funding source under Cards, then Funding source. See Virtual cards for more.

Statements and exports

Statements are available for every month from Account, then Statements.

FormatContents
PDFMonthly statement with opening and closing balance
CSVEvery transaction with date, amount, counterparty and reference

Both formats include card payments, transfers, crypto deposits (with the converted amount and the rate) and fees. Accountants and tax tools usually accept the CSV directly.
