We hire in any country we can legally pay you in. Core overlap is 13:00 to 17:00 UTC. The rest is yours.
Writing over meetings
Decisions live in documents. Most weeks have two standing meetings and nothing else.
Everyone does support
Every person on the team takes a support shift each month. It is how we stay honest about what is broken.
Paid the way you want
Salary in EUR, USD or stablecoins, your choice. Equity for every full-time role.

We do not treat regulation as an obstacle. Compliance sits in product reviews from day one.
Ship, then write about it
We publish weekly build notes on the blog, including what broke. You will write some.
