Fundly vs Crypto.com card

Two different ideas of what a crypto card is for. Here is where they differ, as of September 2026.

The short version

Crypto.com's card is part of an exchange. Fundly's card is fed from your own wallet and comes with an EUR IBAN account.

As of September 2026. Competitor details change often, so check their current pricing page before deciding.

Where the money comes from

The Crypto.com card is attached to the Crypto.com app and exchange. To fund it, you generally hold or buy crypto inside their platform and top up the card from that balance. It is a well-known product with a large user base.

Fundly works the other way round. You send crypto from any wallet you already use, on 10+ chains, and it is converted to EUR or USD at a rate shown before you send. There is no exchange account, no order book and no trading push. Fundly is not an exchange and not a bank.

Rewards and staking

Crypto.com has historically tied card tiers and rewards to holding or staking its own token. The details have changed several times, so read their current terms. Fundly does not have a token. Our cashback is a simple capped launch offer: 0.5% for the first 90 days on Free, 1% in USDC on Plus and 1.5% in USDC on Premium.

Fees

Fundly publishes one schedule. Free is 0 EUR a month with a 1% deposit fee (min 1 EUR) and 1.5% FX. Plus is 7.99 EUR a month with 0.5% deposit and 0.5% FX. Premium is 19.99 EUR a month with 0% deposit and 0% FX. The rate and fee are shown before every deposit and every card payment, with no hidden spread. For Crypto.com, check their current pricing page for card tiers, FX and top-up costs in your region.

Accounts

Fundly adds an EUR IBAN account after identity verification, with SEPA and SEPA Instant in and out. Whether an exchange card offers account details depends on your region and their current product; check their site.

Getting started

Fundly issues an Instant virtual card with email and phone only, with monthly limits set by our issuing partner. Verification unlocks higher limits, a physical card and the IBAN. Exchange cards typically require full verification before a card is issued.

Who should pick which

If you already trade on Crypto.com and like their rewards, their card is a natural fit. If you hold stablecoins in your own wallet, get paid on-chain, or want an IBAN alongside the card, Fundly is built for you. See cards and pricing for the detail.
