Deposit on BNB Chain
How to fund your Fundly account with BNB, USDT or USDC on BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20), with confirmations, fees and common mistakes.
BNB Chain (also called BNB Smart Chain or BSC) is a low-fee EVM chain that is popular for stablecoin transfers, especially from Binance. Blocks arrive in under a second, so deposits are quick.
Assets you can deposit
At launch, Fundly accepts these BEP-20 assets on BNB Chain:
- BNB
- USDT
- USDC
How to deposit
- Sign in to the Fundly web app at app.fundly.xyz and choose Deposit.
- Choose BNB Chain as the chain and the asset you want to send.
- Copy your deposit address or scan the QR code. It is a standard
0xaddress with 40 hexadecimal characters. - In your wallet or exchange, choose the network labelled BSC (BEP20) or BNB Smart Chain.
- Paste the address, check the first and last characters, and send.
- Wait for confirmations. Fundly credits the deposit after 15 confirmations, usually about a minute.
Your address is unique to you and can be reused. No memo is needed.
Warning
Your BNB Chain deposit address looks identical to your Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum and Polygon addresses. That is normal for EVM chains. What matters is the network you select when sending. Pick the wrong one and the funds land on that other chain.
Confirmations and timing
| Asset | Minimum at launch | Fundly credits after | Typical time |
|---|---|---|---|
| BNB | 10 EUR equivalent | 15 confirmations | about 1 minute |
| USDT (BEP-20) | 10 EUR equivalent | 15 confirmations | about 1 minute |
| USDC (BEP-20) | 10 EUR equivalent | 15 confirmations | about 1 minute |
Fees
- Network fee, paid in BNB by the sender. A token transfer usually costs a few cents.
- Fundly deposit fee, taken at conversion. At launch this is 1% (minimum 1 EUR) on Free, 0.5% on Plus and 0% on Premium. See the fee schedule.
Fundly does not charge anything extra for BNB Chain compared to other chains.
Common mistakes
- Choosing BEP-2 instead of BEP-20. BEP-2 was the token standard of the old BNB Beacon Chain, which was sunset in 2024. It is not supported. Always choose BEP-20 / BSC.
- Choosing ERC-20 by mistake. ERC-20 means Ethereum mainnet. If you send USDT as ERC-20, it arrives on Ethereum at the same address. Ethereum is supported by Fundly, so support can usually recover it, but a recovery fee applies.
- Sending an unsupported token. Only BNB, USDT and USDC are credited at launch. Other BEP-20 tokens are not converted and may not be recoverable.
- Below the minimum. Deposits under 10 EUR equivalent are not credited automatically.
Note
Binance-Peg USDT on BNB Chain uses 18 decimals rather than the 6 used on Ethereum. This does not affect you as a user, but it explains why the raw amounts look different on a block explorer.
