Deposits

How deposits work

How crypto deposits reach your Fundly balance: unique addresses, confirmations, conversion, minimums and fees.

This page explains what happens to a crypto deposit, so you know what to expect before you send anything.

Your deposit addresses

Every Fundly user gets one unique deposit address per chain. It is reused for every deposit on that chain, so you can save it in your wallet or exchange. No memo, tag or comment is needed on any chain. Card and account services are provided by [PARTNER], a licensed partner.

What happens when you send

  1. You sign in to the Fundly web app at app.fundly.xyz, choose a chain and asset, and copy the address or scan the QR code.
  2. You send from your wallet or exchange on that exact network.
  3. The deposit shows as pending once we see it on chain.
  4. After the required confirmations, the deposit is credited.
  5. The crypto is converted to your account currency (USD or EUR, chosen at sign-up) at the published rate. The rate source and fee are shown before every deposit. There is no hidden spread.
Note
Instant cards have monthly load limits set by our partner and regulators. See Instant vs Verified.

Minimums

At launch the minimum deposit is 10 EUR equivalent on every chain, except Ethereum mainnet and Bitcoin on-chain, where it is 20 EUR equivalent. Deposits below the minimum are not credited automatically. Support can recover them for a fee.

Deposit fees by plan

At launch the deposit fee depends on your plan: Free 1% (minimum 1 EUR), Plus 0.5%, Premium 0%. Network fees on the sending side are paid by you. See the fee schedule.

Wrong asset or wrong chain

Warning
Only send the assets listed for a chain, on that chain. All EVM chains share the same 0x address format, so it is easy to pick the wrong network at an exchange.

If you send an unsupported asset to your Fundly address on a supported chain, support may be able to recover it for a recovery fee (at launch 25 EUR or 5%, whichever is higher). Assets sent on a chain Fundly does not support are usually not recoverable. See Troubleshooting.

Tip
Send a small test deposit first from any new wallet or exchange.

Fundly is a financial technology company, not a bank. Limits and fees described as “at launch” are proposals and may change.
